Frank Allen was born July 7, 1953 to Evans and Emma Ruth.
He attended Lee County Schools where he graduated from Cypress Lake High and then attended Job Corps.
Frank was preceded in death by his father, Evans; sisters, Tamerline (Tammy) Allen and Rozella Allen.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Emma Ruth; one daughter, Monica Allen of Ft. Myers; grandkids, Chantilly Allen of Georgia, Bizyia Allen and Temyre Emerson; one great-grand, Nhe’swa Allen; sister, Pamela Allen; two brothers, Larry (Sabrina) Allen and Evans Allen Jr.; aunts, Minnie (John Jane) Mattie (Carlton Davis), Mary (Larry Hart) all of Ft. Myers, and Laura Marion; three uncles, Luke (Gatrices), Tom, and Netum; adopted brother and sister, Williams and Francin Evans and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
