I am very sorry for the loss of Ralston to the family he loved so well. It is also very sad for the City Employees who knew him because he was so good-hearted and so hard-working, there's a big empty place in our hearts and in our building since his passing. My prayers are that your family will be blessed and safe for always and that he walks by your side, even if we cannot see him.
