Theresa carried out her spiritual journey at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church until she began to get ill.

 Theresa was preceded in death by her son, Emmett Grady Young.

 Theresa leaves to cherish her precious memories one devoted daughter, Mary Ann Boles; one son, John Singletary; two sisters, Charity Potter of Panama City and Willie Mae Lewis of Fort Myers; a granddaughter she raised, Deborah Sibert, and granddaughters, Angel Young of Richmond, VA, Tracy Young of Lansing, MI, Angela Young Manuel of Sacramento, CA; two loving great grands, Fayelace Young and Nikki Sibert; one grandson, Marquis Sibert; sixteen great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m., Friday, August 27, 2010 at Hickson's Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 163 Catalina Street, Ft. Myers, Florida.
