Hazel Mae Battles was born June 18, 1932 in Ft. Myers Fl to the late Mattie Louis Tucker and Haywood Jackson.
The Lord called her home on May 20th, 2013.
Hazel Battles worked at the Dr. Ella Piper Center in the 1980’s.
She gave her life to Christ in 1983.
She was proceeded in death by her sister Voncille Dean of Miami, Fl Brothers Robert Smith, and Bobby Jackson of Oveida, Fl. Her youngest son Shon L. Battles, grandsons Ronnie D. Battles, Marcus Battles, and Angelo Gray III. of Ft.Myers Fl.
She is survived by (3) sons Thearthur Sanders of Austin Tx, Terry Sanders of Miami Fl, and Bishop Ronnie (Princess) Battles of Ft. Myers. (5) daughters Debra Battles, Brenda Battles, Jacqueline (Tommy) Upshaw, Suprena Roberson, and Monica Battles of Ft. Myers Fl. (1) sister Jennifer (Robert) Williams of Naples Fl. (12) grand-daughters Camelia (Calvin) Schley, Chiquita, Kimberly (Anthony) Kenoly of Orlando Fl, Kristyl (Terry ) Lacy of Ga, Dante, Ericka, Kizzie, Scottia, Salita, E’Shawntae, Lashun all of Ft. Myers Fl. And Ariel of Miami Fl. (13) grandsons Harvey, Delbert, Desmond, Emmanuel, Brandon,Chevon, Travis R, Jeremy, Travis H, Scottie, Terrance, Brodrick, and Rashon all of Ft. Myers Fl. (2) godsons Bruce Thomas Sr, John Wright (JuneBug). (2) god daughters Denae and Barbara Poole of Ft. Myers Fl.
