Services for the late Victor Warren King will be held Saturday October 18, 2014 at Jerusalem Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. Viewing will also take place Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Northwest Louisiana Veteran Cemetery in Keithville La.

Mr. King and I passed each other On Sunshine, Friday, Mr. King waved as we passed. A lot of guys on the big bikes don’t wave to a guy on a “scooter” like mine, he always did. He always did, and it always made me smile. I very well may be one of if not the last person he waved to. This rider will never forget you. A real class act.

To my Dearest Friend, Earline and the family of Victor. I am so sorry for your loss. I only had a couple of FB message contacts with Victor. One of his messages that stands out in my mind is when I told him how special Earline is to me. He said she may be your best friend but to me, she is the rest of my life. Earline, you gave him a true and genuine love and happiness that is so difficult to find in today's time. May God Bless all of you and keep you, comfort you during your moments of tears and give you strength in your moments of weakness.
