Dear Buckman Family,
I regret that I cannot be with today or tomorrow as you bid good=bye to your wonderful mother.
She did not have the easiest of lives, but her children ( and grands) were everything to her.
Over the years we kept in touch by phone , then LONG letters, and finally e-mail.so I know of which I speak:)
Take comfort in the fact that she loved you all and that you did all that you could to help her during her illness .
I am glad that I had that one day visit with her , thanks to my good friend.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers,
Mary
