Wishing the family my condolences for your loss. Joan was my staff assistant at MassBay CC for several years. We both had experienced many challenges there but together we worked to make the lives of many students a successful one. Joan was a constant support to me and was invaluable to the success of the health programs. She was a bright, intelligent woman who showed all what it was to be lady. I will miss her but never forget the many kindnesses she showed me.

I am so sorry that I can not be there. I want to extend my sincere sympathies to all of the family and friends of Joan. She was a wonderful Mother and did an excellent job raising her children. She was an extremely loving and kind grandmother. She will truly be missed. May God hold her in his arms. Rest in Peace, Joan. Sincerely, Joyce Fairbrother

I am sorry to learn of your family sorrow. The death of a loved one is painful. If I may, I'd like to share scripture found in your Bible that may comfort you in some way. Please take a moment to read John 6:40, 44, Ps. 36:9, 37:29.

Dan, David, Susan, Dana and Donna:

I just heard about your mother's passing and am so truly sorry for your loss. Joan was a totally unique, strong, caring, funny person who I enjoyed knowing for so many years. I have very special memories of her and of all of you from the time I knew you in Westwood. I wish I had known sooner so I could have seen you folks in person. Good luck and God bless you all.
