I enjoyed knowing Bob in the Great Blue Hill Sail & Power Squadron. He was Commander of the Squadron in 1976-1977. He always had a ready smile, warm greeting and pleasant conversation.

Barbara and I are very sorry to hear of Bob's passing and extend our sincerest condolences to you, Debbie, and to your family. We have fond memories of Bob and you participating in Power Squadron activities and boating on Buzzards Bay. Because of Bob's invitation, we dared to attend our first rendezvous at Waquoit Bay, rafting with your O'Day in Hadley Harbor and Tarpaulin Cove. Later we enjoyed encountering Bob out on the bay in Lionhearted. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
