TROLAND, James D., Jr. Of Walpole, January 15, age 87. Beloved husband of Eileen (O'Reilly). Devoted father of James D. III and Mary of Bellingham, Christine of FL, Michael J. of Milford, Sean T. and Maria Troland of VT. Brother of Francis A. of Middleboro and Robert A. Troland of Sandwich. Loving "Grandpa" of Christine Page, Kenneth, Matthew, Meghan Gianna and Sofia Troland. Great grandfather of Garrett, Jessie, Kendall, and Nicolas Parker, and the late Matthew James Troland. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Visiting hours Wednesday evening 4-7 in the Alexander F. Thomas & Sons Funeral Home, 45 Common St., WALPOLE, followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home at 7 p.m. Rev. Sean Troland officiating. In lieu of flowers donations in James' memory may be made to Dr. Martha Skinner c/o Boston Medical Center, Amyloidosis Center, 830 Harrison Ave., Boston 02118. Interment in National Cemetery, Bourne. I''m very sorry to learn that James passed away recently It must have been a difficult journey for all your family as you''ve said he had been sick for a very long time. I hope the Troland family will take some solace from the many memories you will cherish form his extended life.
