SCHOFIELD, Robert F. Of Sharon, March 13, age 87. Beloved husband of Shirley (Harris) of 62 years. Devoted father of Robin Goodband and her husband Greg of West Wareham, Richard Schofield of Foxboro, and David Schofield and Katya Mantrova of South Boston. Cherished brother of Gladys Cross of Mansfield. Loving "Gungy" of Christopher Goodband, Eric Schofield, Colleen Schofield, and Vasily Mantrov. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, inlaws and friends. Visiting hours will be held today (Friday) evening from 4-8 at the Alexander F. Thomas & Sons Funeral Home, 45 Common St., WALPOLE. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday morning at 11 at the First Congregational Church of Sharon, 29 North Main St., Sharon. Interment at Rock Ridge Cemetery, Sharon. Relatives and friends invited. Late WWII and Korean War Army Veteran. Past President of the Sharon Historical Society, 37 year volunteer Sharon Special Police, member of the Blue Hill Masonic Lodge of Canton, and a member of the First Congregational Church of Sharon for 56 years.
