I'm so sorry for your loss. I'll be praying for the family. I had the pleasure of working with Mary for 8 years with IDEM. She was a riot. She was so much fun to work and be around. We had so much fun working together. I was under her for about 2 years until she transferred to Drinking Water, but we still stayed close. My nickname for her was Mary Mary, and she loved it. We joked around a lot. She was full of life, I loved that woman for her spirit, and she was always the same. My girl. Rest In Heaven my friend.
Condolences from the heart...….. Much love

Mary served as advocate and champion to our small community during her time at Rural Community Assistance Partnership. She was highly respected among all of the professionals we worked with. It was because of her credibility, integrity and hard work that we see solutions to our problems on the horizon. When I first met Mary, I knew she would be my friend- though I could offer nothing in return. She was a smart, funny, compassionate, straight-shooting leader who was always there to help. I have missed her so much and really can't imagine how grieved those who have loved her for years must feel. My deepest sympathy is with the family. She has made a difference in this world and I will never forget her.

I worked with Mary for many years at IDEM. She was a awesome, wanderful boss. She was always happy and always had a happy smile that would cheer you or anyone up. She was also a friend that would be there to help out or listen to you when needing someone to talk to. She will be missed dearly. My life was very blessed having known her and having worked with her and her friendship. Prayers for her family during this time and the days to come. RIP Mary
