Devoted daughter of the late Maria and Giuseppe Marchetti. Dear sister of the late Narciso (Anita) Marchetti.  Edilia was born in San Ginese di Compito in Lucca, Italy and came to the United States when she was twenty one years old.  She was known in Italy for her singing.  Edilia was devoted to her family and to “pups” Macy, Mitches, and Pico (Pickles) and the late Niko and Fifi (Foofina).  She lit up the room with her loving personality.  She was dear to many and her kindness was boundless. Our sincerest condolences to Mary Ida, Lido, Eileen, Leroy and all of your family members on the loss of your mother. She was a good woman who we had the good fortune to have met. Losing a mother is a great loss. May your memories of her provide some comfort in the coming days and enable you to keep her with you always. You are all in our prayers.
