Joan M. Bowen nee Siebert, 82 years.   Beloved wife of 61 years to Thomas Sr. (Ret. C.P.D). Devoted mother of the late Thomas Jr., John “Jack” Sr. (Judy), Robert, Anna, and James Sr. Loving grandmother of Bobbi (Kevin) Gilmartin, Danielle, Robin, John Jr., Jessica, James Jr., and Patrick.  Great grandmother of Colin, Jason, Katie, Rylie, and Quinn. Dear daughter of the late Jack (late Anna nee Morrisey) Siebert.  Dearest sister of the late Patricia (late Larry) Fischer, late Elaine Sapata.  Lifelong Canaryville resident.  Funeral services Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the Thomas McInerney’s Sons Funeral Home, 4635 South Wallace Street, Chicago, IL.  Visitation from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Chapel service will be held at 8:00 p.m. with Fr. Thomas Griffin officiating.  Interment: Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (773) 881-2535.
