Charleen V. Dowell nee Houghton age 83 years. Loving mother of Bill (Rhonda) Dowell. Dearest grandmother of Johnny, Michael and Cindy Dowell. Devoted daughter of the late Leon Houghton. Dear sister of the late Wade Houghton. A longtime mail carrier for 16 years for the United States Postal Service and a lifelong devout Christian helpng the needy and the homeless. Resting at Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home 4635 S Wallace St where funeral services will be held Tuesaday at 1pm. Visitation Tuesday 9am to time of service. Interment Irving Park Cemetery.
