Posted by: John Burbury Wed September 20, 2017 | When I first joined this world we call Drum and Bugle Corps, I knew Paul. Some folks are bigger than life, and Paul was that way. And he always said it was for the kids, even before others "got it". Every memory is a fond one. My prayers to your entire family as you spend the next few days, and weeks, and months mourning your loss. Find comfort that he has departed to the right hand of our Lord. We don't take all the love with us. We leave a small piece that stays there to always be our memory.. I will remember Paul always. |

Posted by: Joel Dube Thu September 21, 2017 | My deepest sympathies to all of Paul's family and friends. Paul and his magical voice will be sorely missed amongst many within the pageantry of the arts. May he rest in peace. |
Posted by: David Below Thu September 21, 2017 | My deepest condolences on the loss of Paul. I met him the summer of 1992 while I marched with Crossmen. His tireless support and energy for helping the corps was unflagging, his attitude always positive. He was more than twice our age and seemed to live on less sleep than any of us (and that's saying a lot with a corps) and yet still got us up every morning with a smile and encouragement. And always an ear for anyone who needed it. His smile was a constant reminder we could get through anything.
Being from the midwest, I'd wish I'd been able to meet him since then to shake his hand and thank him for all his work. I've never forgotten him. RIP, P.C. |

He was a total involved in making us better people and performers. I will always remember him yelling from the sidelines before every show. Paul you will be missed by everyone you ever touched, Thank you for everything you did for me when I needed it the most. |
Posted by: Bill Askew Sat September 23, 2017 | My sincere condolences on the Passing of Paul. I marched with Paul in St. Mary's Majestic Knights in Charlestown 55 years ago. Most of the kids were local townies and the memories we all shared are still fresh in my mind. Paul was lucky, he found a way to stay connected to Drum & Bugle Corps. his entire life. He loved that. He will be missed by many.
