| Posted by: Brian Thu February 22, 2007 | In old videos, you are walking, holding Italian dishes and shouting. Your hair is a ball of dark gray curls. You never approved of facial hair, and spoke in the third person when telling us whose boys we were. You laughed at your own jokes. Going to your house always meant sugar, or at least some lasagna and stories about my uncles hiding from Santa, and something about a hamster. You had a cough; it was always kind of passive, never worthy of your full attention: Two even notes, cough cough, and you were back to giving us cookies and taking us to Florida. Love, Brian |

You were a friend, travel companion, teacher, an inspiration. Although we are all very sad right now, we know that you are at peace and in a much better place. You never get used to it, you just move on. From getting to know over the last couple of years, I know your mother must have been a hell of a good woman because you're a great guy, and you have a great family.
