Even though Rita died 40 years ago, Flora continued to be loving part of our family spending Christmas and all family gatherings with us. She could always make us laugh even through the sad times. I am glad I had the opportunity to visit her a few days before she passed at Wingate. She opened her eyes for a few seconds and pursed her lips to give me a kiss.
