Although I haven't known your mom for the number of years that many others will be writing about, my knowledge of you mom puts a smile on my face. I've heard a lot about Auntie Margie in the years I've known Dicky and all the stories are of a kind caring woman. My too short knowledge of her is of a kind hearted woman who had a loving relationship with her husband and a familly who adored her. I remember my first introduction to her (which was at a difficult time in her life) in which she found it in her heart to welcome me into the family. I knew Dicky loved her when he introduced her to me, but I only learned more recently how deep that love is. Auntie Margie was obviously more than just an Aunt, she was a second mother to him and a mentor to his mom. Call me crazy but if someone could say one of these things about me someday, I'd feel like I lead a great life. Your mom certainly has lead a great life and may we all remember the lovely life she lead and pay it forward to those in our life Find strength in your mom's love Dottie |

To my cousins- There are so many things to say. If only, all of us could be blessed with an Auntie Margy! She was so many things. For my parents, she was more than a sister-in-law. For me, she was comfort, support, security and LOVE. She offered that unconditional love at 4 or 40, and was one of those people who knew the importance of treating all with dignity and respect. I will miss her loving words and her "catchy phrases". My family and I share so many stories and wonderful memories of our times together with yours. I thank Auntie Margy and your dad from the bottom of my heart for all they did for me and my family. Love, Deanna |
Posted by: Sandie Hoyle (Devanna) | To my wonderful family of nieces and nephews.. you are all so special to me and always will be.. Auntie Margie though my sister-in-law was always a second mother to me as well.. I will mostly remember her warm arms around me when I needed a hug and she and my beloved brother Eddie took care of me whenever they could.. I was the "baby" in our family and will always cherish the times I could be with them as a little girl..and a big girl..
Love to you all..and may you find peace in knowing that she is together again with your loving Dad.. With all my love---Aunt Sandie |
