Thu December 08, 2016 We were so sorry to hear about Frank's passing. Since 1968 , when I first met him, Frank has been a great neighbor at Hampton. I'm sure Winnie and he are together again enjoying the rewards of good life. God rest his soul.

Please know my prayers & thoughts are with you all. He was such a gentle man, wonderful husband, father & brother. You now have another angel looking looking out for you.
No time is a good time to lose a loved one but before Christmas is especially hard to bear. If it is of any comfort be grateful for the years you had with him & I know you will always have loving memories.
