Our deepest condolences on Frank's passing. When I first came to Eagle Bank in 1997, Frank seemed larger than life. I remember sitting across the Board room table watching him making faces, frequently catching my eye and winking. He was a pleasure to be around with his optimism and positive attitude. Following his retirement as an Eagle Bank Corporator and Trustee in 2001, Frank would frequently stop by the Bank to check-in and see how we were doing, always dapper with a big smile on his face. As the years went on, his visits became fewer and fewer and although we missed and still miss his presence and smiling face, he'll never be gone, always in our hearts forever.
