Loving father of Eleanor Catalano and her husband Patrick of Cotuit, and the late Joseph Rotondo who is survived by his wife Diane. Brother of Frances LaFratta and Loretta Puopolo and her husband Arthur, and the late Charles Rotondo and Marie Caldarone. He is survived by 6 loving grandchildren Lisa, Michael, Kimberly, Stacy, Jason and Joseph, as well as 10 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT on Monday, May 18 at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Sunday only 2-5 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations in Joseph's memory may be made to the Cape Regency Nursing Home, 120 South Main St., Centerville. I was sorry to learn of the passing of Mr. Rotondo and send my condolences to his family. I was a classmate and friend of his son Joseph and have fond memories of our duck hunting trips to the Cape.
Although it was many years ago, I can still picture Mr. Rotondo and his son on the beach, in the early morning hours of those cold autumn days, when we were young.
