JOSEPH DELMONTE
Age 69 of Saugus on Aug. 4. Beloved husband of Velia DelMonte of Saugus. Beloved father of Josephine Delkouras and her husband Nikolaos of Hanover and Leonardo DeSimone and his wife Carol of Lake Worth FL. Beloved grandfather of Konstandina and Haralambos Delkouras and Michael, Dylan and Samantha-Jo DeSimone. Loving brother of Mario and Angelo DelMonte and their families of Italy. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco and Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St, EVERETT on Monday Aug. 11 at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Anthony's Church, Everett at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Sunday only 3-7 p.m. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.

Carissima Velia,
in questo triste momento di tanto dolore mia moglie Pascale ed io ci uniamo a te e a tutta la tua famiglia. La scomparsa del carissimo Joe ci ha colpito di sorpresa, a tradimento e ci addolora profonadamente. Lo abbiamo ricordato sorridente assieme a te quella dolce sera d' estate di due anni fa quando per caso ci siamo incontrati sul terrazzo dell' Hotel Vittoria. Sono proprio i cari ricordi di chi ci ha lasciato che ci confortano e che ci li fanno sentire ancora vicini. Ti abbracciamo forte forte e ti vogliamo bene.

My husband and I are away on vacation and received word from our children that Joe had passed away. We wanted to send our condolences to you and your family and are sorry we cannot express them to you personally. He was a wonderful man and it was our honor to have known him.
