Caterina R. Lupis Pedulla Of Malden, April 26, at her home, surrounded by her loving children; Joseph Pedulla and his wife Lillian Vitale Pedulla of Andover, Assunta Teresa Maria Pedulla and her husband Marcello Galluzzo of Malden, Domenic Pedulla and his wife Sarah Springer of Lexington, her daughter Lorella Pedulla Sarcia and her husband Domenic Sarcia of Stoneham. Caterina passed away in the presence of her wonderful grandchildren, Dario Galluzzo, Thomas Pedulla, Lia Galluzzo, Zoe Pedulla, Alexa Pedulla, Olivia Sarcia, and Maia Pedulla. Caterina was happily married to Tommaso Pedulla for 47 years. She was a designing tailor, born in Grotteria RC, Italy in 1931 and became a proud U.S. citizen in the early 1970's. Caterina is survived by her son Marcello Pedulla and her granddaughter, Marines Pedulla of Naples, Italy. Funeral services from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, on Wednesday, April 30, at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass at Sacred Hearts Church in Malden at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Tuesday only 3-8 p.m. Her interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.

Mrs. Pedulla, what a beautiful lady to say the least. We will always remember your radiant smile and your welcoming arms into your home. You were one of a kind. We have been blessed to have known you. We will carry you in our hearts always. Know your family is so very special to us and that they are loved as you were. Cara Rina - Se sempre con noi! Always with a smile on her face and words of encouragement. i know Rina as a loving mother and beautiful woman. She loved her family and many friends--whoever she came in contact with! You'll never be forgotten -- you live through your beautiful children and their families--we've all been blessed by knowing you. Rest in peace in the hands of our Lord.
