Eleanor Woods D'Ambrosio Of Beverly, formerly of FL, Peabody & Everett, on Jan. 22. Beloved wife of the late John B. Mother of Edward F. Higgins Jr. of FL, Paul Higgins of IN, John D'Ambrosio of North Reading, Mary Pincanco of Beverly, Rita Wells of North Andover, Debra Boles of FL, & the late Kenneth Higgins. Daughter of the late George L. Woods Sr. & Mary Woods. Sister of Robert Woods & his wife Edna of NH, the late George L. Woods Jr. & his wife the late Mary-Glen. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, & 23 great grandchildren & 1 great great grandchild & numerous nieces, nephews & godchildren. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Saturday, Jan. 26, at 9. Funeral Mass Our Lady of Grace Church, Everett at 10. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-9. Donations in Eleanor's memory may be made to her favorite charity St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Eleanor was a very faith filled member of the Catholic Church.

My condolences to all of Ellie's children. We go way back 1954. We always kept in touch at Christmas except for the last few years. She was a great friend, and person.
