Of Everett on May 11th. Beloved husband of Phyllis DiBiaso. Loving father of Brenda Oteri and her husband Bob of Stoneham and Chuck Foti and his fiance Pam LaCroix of Saugus. Brother of the late Antoinette, Sadie and Joseph. Also survived by 4 loving grandchildren Kim, Rob, Max & Tyler and 2 great grandchildren, Emilie and Enzo. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St, EVERETT, on Tuesday May 15th at 9 AM. Funeral Mass at the Immaculate Conception Church, Everett at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Monday only 4-8 PM. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
