Of Everett on Sept 22. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth "Donovan" and loving father of Mary Hinxman and her husband Thomas of Dracut, Elizabeth Restuccia of Lynn and Ann Marie Littlewood of Amesbury and brother of the late George, Charles, William, Brother Dave, & Lillian. Also survived by 3 loving grandchildren Dawn Carvalho, Thomas Hinxman and Michael Littlewood, 6 great grandchildren. as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from The Salvatore Rocco and Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St, EVERETT on Monday Sept 25 at 10am. Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Everett at 11 am. Relatives & friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Sunday only 2-6pm. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. Frank was a state Representative from 1948-1953 and served on the Everett City Council from 1945-1948.
