TUMBLIN, JOHN S.
Of Malden, February 17. Beloved husband of Theresa Palermo. Loving father of Anne Haxo of Williamsburg, Henry of Malden, John of Everett, Mary Jo Schwartzentruber of Sarasota, FL, George of Medford, Joan Abassy of West New York, NJ and the late Cheryl Tumblin of Medford. Dear brother of Dot Convey of Stoneham. Also survived by 12 loving grandchildren and three nieces Cynthia Conley of Wakefield, Pamela Greco and Sue Lawry both of Lynnfield. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco and Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, on Wednesday, February 22 at 10:00 a.m. Services will be held in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Tuesday 3-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in John's Memory may be made to Everett Lions Club, P.O. Box 101, Everett, MA 02149. Interment will be at Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody. John was a WWII Navy veteran and owner of Tumblin Electric Company. He also enjoyed relaxing and spending time with his children. Also, John was a member of AMVETS and the Everett Lions Club for 51 years.
