Emilio Sorrentino
Of Wakefield, formerly of Everett, on January 29. Beloved husband of the late Lydia Cerasoli. Loving father of Joseph Sorrentino and his wife Jacqueline of Wakefield, Joanne Brown and her husband Rudy of Melrose, Michael Sorrentino and his wife Sally of Wilmington, and John Sorrentino and his wife Patricia of Saugus. Brother of Pat Sorrentino of Medford, and the late Frank and Tony Sorrentino, as well as brother-in-law John Cerasoli of Everett. Also survived by 10 loving grandchildren. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, on Thursday, February 2 at 8 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Anthony's Church, Everett, at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Wednesday only 4-8 p.m. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Late veteran of WWII US Navy "SEABEES". He was a former commander of the Itams Post #14 and the Everett Allied Veterans Council. Emilio worked for over 50 years as an ironworker.
