Starkie Vivilecchia Of Everett on Sept. 14. Beloved husband of Hilda Gerlich. Father of Donna of Everett, Robert J. of Tyngsboro, Christina Murphy of Hull, Laura Lane of Westerly, RI, and Lisa Sugrue of Hull. Brother of Anthony, Rose Cocca both of Everett, Richard of NJ, and the late Dante. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Monday, Sept. 19 at 9. Funeral Mass in St. Anthony Church, Everett at 10. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Sunday 2-6. In lieu of flowers donations in Starkie's memory may be made to the American Heart Assn., 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Late W.W. II Army Veteran. Late member I.B.E.W. and Everett V.F.W. Late member National Association of Retired Government Employees.

Hilda, it has been many years since Sage's, but I remember Starkie as being a wonderfully nice man. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family during this time. God Bless.

My condolences in the loss of your husband. I will always remember him as a wonderful neighbor and the comfort he gave my father Chick when he was ill. He was a wonderful man.
