Of Portsmouth, NH, formerly of Somerville and the North End, on June 26. Beloved husband of the late Concetta DeAngelo. Loving father of James Gallo and his wife Mary Ellen of Stoneham, ME and Anthony Gallo and his wife Cathleen of Kittery, ME. Son of the late James and Antonetta Matarazzo. Brother of Susan Saba and Jeannie Correale and the late Rose DeChristoforo and Phyllis Micarelli and John, Thomas and Anthony Gallo. Also survived by 3 loving grandchildren, James, Jr., Andrea and Nicole Gallo and 1 great grandchild Colby Gallo. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, on Thurs., June 30 at 8 a.m. Funeral Mass St. Anthony's Church, Everett at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Weds. only 4-7 p.m. Donations in Nick's memory may be made to the Sacred Heart Church, 12 North Square, North End, MA 02113. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Nick was born and raised in the North End of Boston, worked for many years in Haymarket Sq. selling fruits and vegetables and retired to Portsmouth, NH
