To The Capozzi Family,

I met Rick back in July 2013, when I was hired at the MWRA and worked directly for him. We immediately hit it off, as we were both of East Boston roots.

Everyday w/ Rick was like a comedy show, he was so funny with his many stories from the old "Eastie" days.

God Bless You All at this most difficult time, may Rick now Rest in Peace!
