Dear Cousin John, I wish we had more time so we could have gone to Ireland and talked about family memories. You will always b my handsome cousin in uniform. Rest in peace.

Dearest family of John, During this sad time recall the smile he had when he was trying not to smile, those blue eyes and always so well groomed.Throughout the years he came to see me several times, we always remained friends. He's been part of my life, at a distance and thru phone calls for over 50 years. It was about a year and a half ago he came to visit. As we chatted, as tho we'd seen one an other just a day ago, he told me of his plans in the event of his demise. He wanted Jason's, our son's, current address. I leaned later that he had written to him. I will miss you John, you will always have a piece of my heart. Be at peace with our Father... Bette
