Beloved husband of the late Joanne (Censullo) Cook; loving father of Michelle Gouveia and her fiance Ennio Cataldo, Joey Gouveia and his late wife Liz, Mark Gouveia and his wife Patty, Toni Marie Perrotti, Nicole Cook, and the late Christi Cook; loving brother of Billy Cook, Karen Ferreira, Janice Corcoran, and the late Mary Lou Lawrence; he is survived by his nine beloved grandchildren, Evan, Antonia, Presley, Max, Krysten, Kyle, Jaden, Devyn, and Madison; as well as one loving great-grandson, Lewis. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, on Friday, February 1st. A Funeral Mass will occur Friday, at St. Anthony's Church in Everett at 10:30 a.m., preceded by a Wake Service at the Funeral Home from 8:30-9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society, PO Box 98018, Washington, D.C. 20090. Interment will occur at a later time.
