To all of Frank's family and loved ones -

Our deepest condolences on Frank's passing. When I first came to Eagle Bank in 1997, Frank seemed larger than life. I remember sitting across the Board room table watching him making faces, frequently catching my eye and winking. He was a pleasure to be around with his optimism and positive attitude. Following his retirement as an Eagle Bank Corporator and Trustee in 2001, Frank would frequently stop by the Bank to check-in and see how we were doing, always dapper with a big smile on his face. As the years went on, his visits became fewer and fewer and although we missed and still miss his presence and smiling face, he'll never be gone, always in our hearts forever.

In our hearts and prayers,
Your Friends at Eagle Bank

We are very sad to learn of Frank’s passing. It was a privilege to work with Frank as a Trustee of Eagle Bank. I shall always be grateful for his many contributions and support.
Equally important to both Jean and I was his sincere, unwavering friendship. An incredible gentleman.
We extend our most sincere condolences to the Mastrocola family.
