Of South Boston on November 17, 2016. Daughter of the late Diego and Rose (Pizzurro). Loving sister of Concetta “Connie” Giambusso and her husband Frank of South Boston, and the late Anthony Piccadaci. Also survived by three nieces, two nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Funeral from the Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street, South Boston, Monday, November 28th at 9:30 am. A Funeral Mass will immediately follow in the Gate of Heaven Church, South Boston, at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Monday, morning 8:30 – 9:30 am. Please omit flowers, donation may be made in Phyllis’s memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Interment will be in the St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
