Deepest sympathy to all of Fran's family, I had the pleasure of seeing her every Tuesday at CHA, she always had a smile on her face and a kind word. The work she did for our most vulnerable patients was amazing, she will be missed.

Dear Jan, Della, and Phil,
Thank you all for allowing Lola and I the privilege of spending some of your mothers final hours on earth with us. We saw her daily for many years and I don't have to tell you what an extraordinary woman she was. She "walked her talk" on so many levels, and was so generous with everyone she came to know, yet her humility was awesome. She was one of a kind, true to herself, and real with everyone she came in contact with. She changed many lives and helped thousands of people who struggled with addictions. My condolences to all of you during this sorrowful and trying time. I am honored to call myself her friend.
