How can it be that this generous, fun loving, dedicated, proud, hardworking family man with the "heart of gold and hands of steel" is no longer with us? Our family is forever diminished in your absence brother. You were the best Dad to Joey and Alicia. The best brother to me, Darlene and Frank. The best Uncle to Elizabeth, Frankie, Courtney, Jillian, Bobby and Janelle. You were a favorite cousin to your 56 first and endless second cousins. You made more calzones and bought more drinks and dinners for your family and friends than anyone could ever count. We have countless memories of your fun loving personality and quick wit. You will be forever missed by the lives you have touched. We love you Joe. Rest in peace singing your favorite song in heaven. "You just call on me brother when you need a hand....." Love you forever, Sandra Rob and Bobby

I am so very sorry to hear of this tremendous loss. My heart goes out to everyone in his family especially Joe and Alicia for loosing their amazing dad. Joe has touched so many lives and was one of the most devoted and genuine people I ever had the pleasure working with. Words can not describe what a void is left without Joe to so many people.

A great soul serves everyone all the time. A great soul never dies. It brings us together again and again. ~Maya Angelou.

My heart goes out to the family and to his two kids Joe and Alicia. Your dad was a phenomenal man, whom I have had the great pleasure to work with. Joe was genuine, always happy, and just filled a room with his laughter and jokes. He will never ever be forgotten for all of those lives that he’s touched. He always spoke of you kids and how proud he was of you both.
Joe’s spirit will be with us all as we go through these days of remembering him for who he was, just a down to earth, all around great guy whom will not be forgotten. My heartfelt condolences to the entire family. Rest in Peace Joe, we are all going to miss you so much.

I joined Sylvania in 2014 when it was going thru big changes. It was difficult to settle within a large organization with so much going on. I can pick the individuals on one hand as to whom stood out with their kindness. Joe was one of the most helpful individuals in the entire organization and went above and beyond to help me. Friendly, funny and a true genteleman. He is dearly missed.
