I did not have the honor of knowing Mr. Bullard personally, but I have the pleasure of calling his daughter, Karen, my friend. Karen is a kindhearted, hard -working and wonderful woman. As Karen is so special, I know her father must have a terrific man. I hope those that knew him find comfort in their memories and strength in the knowledge that his legacy continues in his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
