Dear John, Maria, Aimee, Mike, Michelle, and Trey, Michela, Mia and Max,
We just wanted to let you know that we are thinking of you and love you all so much. You're family has been like family to us for the past 14+ years. John - we didn't know your dad as much as we know you, but knowing you, we know how special of a person he was...there is another star shining in the sky now, brightly, over all of you. Max will carry on his great name. His picture just makes us smile - it reminds us of you, John. You and your dad smile not just with your mouths, but with your eyes....and that's an amazing quality. We know your dad, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather will be missed greatly but always in your hearts, just as he and you are always in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. We love you all very much and are here for you! All our love always, Allison, James, Isabelle, Ephram, Kim and Matthew

During this time of great sorrow, may it comfort you to know that others are deeply touched by your loss. I too know the pain of losing someone dear. Even though our hearts are broken, rest assure that our Grand Creator cares about you personally (1Peter 5:7) and can help you though this difficult time. Revelation 21:4 speaks of a time soon when God will do away with death forever. There will be no more sorrow, heartache, or pain. May your happy memories and sure scriptural hope comfort your hearts during this painful time. Please remember that during Jesus’ ministry, he healed the sick and resurrected back to life on earth many that had died, giving proof of his power over sickness and death. Jesus made a promise to all who have lost loved ones in death at John 5:28, 29 which reads: “The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” Yes, Jesus Christ promised that all those in God’s memory will live again under beautiful conditions like the Garden of Eden. May this bring you peace.
