FOTI, Phyllis "Dolly" (DiBiaso) Of Everett, on May 13. Beloved wife of the late Peter F. Mother of Brenda Oteri & her husband Robert of Naples, FL, & Chuck Foti & his fiance Deb Cefalo of Saugus, sister of the late Michael DiBiaso, Anthony DiBiaso, Christina Moccia, Minnie Graham & John DiBiaso. Also survived by 4 grandchildren Kimberly, Rob, Max, Tyler & 4 great grandchildren Emilie, Enzo, Brodie, & Tommy. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Friday, May 16, at 8 a.m. Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, Everett, at 9 a.m. Relatives & friends invited. Visitinghours Thursday 4-8 p.m. Interment will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Phyllis was a 36 year employee of Jordan Marsh/Macys & active member of N.A.R.F.E. Chapter 507, The E.R.M.A., also secretary to the Senior Council on Aging for the City of Everett & a member of the Eagle Bank Fortune 50 Club. Complimentary valet parking will be available at the funeral home Thursday evening.

Dear Chuck...I know your mother was your heart and soul and I am so so sorry for all the pain you must be going through.. I know she was proud of the man you have become and knows you were by her side in every step of the way!! GOD is watching over her now and she is at peace!! Always in my heart and prayers love KB!!

I met The Foti family many years ago, when my sister bought the house next door, Phyllis and her Husband were the kindest most wonderful neighbors one could ask for. They were family. I would like to express my sympathy to Chuck and the rest of the family as well.

Dear Brenda & Chuck,
We were good NARFE friends & went on the Casino Boat in Lynn several times with your loving parents. What a beautiful marriage they shared for 65+ years & they truly adored each other! Their happiness was being married to their best friend, soul mate, partner & lover all those years!

Our greatest sympathies to Chuckie and Brenda. Phyllis was the best neighbor anyone could ask for. We will miss her smiling face whenever she greeted us. She always had a story and loved her family and friends deeply. She is now with her husband who she worshipped. She is will always be with us as she has touched our hearts. I met Phyllis back when I first started filming the senior socials at the Connolly Center for ECTV. It was always my favorite to see Phyllis smiling face and warm hugs whenever I saw her. I am deeply sadden that she has past away, but I know she is in a better place now. My deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family. May she rest in peace!
