D'ALLEVA, Assunta "Sue" (Ciancio) Of Everett on Oct. 26. Beloved wife of Nicola. Mother of Maria Lombardi and her husband Carl of Everett, Anna Celata and her husband Anthony of North Reading, Nick and his wife Emma of Peabody, the late Anthony and his surviving wife Diane. Sister of Maria Desiderio Vincenzo Ciancio, Rocco Ciancio and the late Catarina Tenaglia. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco and Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Wedensday October 30 at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass in The St. Anthony Church Everett at 10. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 p.m. Entombment will be in The Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden. Mrs. d'Alleva was a former member of the Orsogna Womens Club. Complimentary valet parking will be available at Funeral Home, Tuesday evening.

Auntie Susie was a loving and caring lady and she treated me like her own son. I consider her as a second mother to me. I will deeply miss her.

Dear Sue,
God has taken one of his angels with him. I wanted to thank you for always being a dear neighbor and Aunt to myself, Rogelia and Farah. We will miss you but you will always have a special place in our hearts. May God bless you and welcome you with open arms.

Dear Nick and family,
We are saddened to hear of Sue's passing. We were not present to support you at her wake or funeral because we were out of town. Please accept our deepest sympathy.
Mike and I will have special memories created with Sue, as she taught us how to jar tomatoes, passing a lifelong Italian tradition onto a younger and eager generation.
