Dear Sal Jr., Joe, Debby and Families,

We will remember our dear Sal for his generous heart, love of family and as a great friend. Today, right now, our hearts are broken over his loss from this earth. It all seems a bit less bright, and a lot more empty. In time, we will do our best to honor him, and brighten our lives by his example. He embodied so much of what is good about life: he loved his family and friends, he worked hard, he laughed a lot and he gave of himself. We were fortunate to have known him and shared some wonderful and memorable times with Sal and his buddy. and our friend. Ed Browne. We thank Ed for bringing us all together as friends. We know Sal has many friends, and many he has known much longer. But the impression he made on us will be ever-lasting.

Our love and sympathy to all.

Joe and Cathy Grassello

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Sal. My whole family knew him well back in the 70's and 80's from the bowling alley Town Line Ten Pin. He had a great family! Sorry to hear about your Mom also. I didn't know that she had passed also. We had moved out of state in 1989 and lost contact with them. Both my Mom and Dad are also gone now. My prayers are with the family at such a sad time!

Sal,
I'm just hearing about your dad. St. Florence announced his months reminder mass today. Shocking news. Though late, my heartfelt condolences to you and all of your family.
If he is anything like you, he must have been a great man!
