My love and hugs and sympathy to Paula, Kim, Marion - who were my 2nd family growing up. And to Aldo, I was never so happy to hear Cheri say that she had met the love of her life. There was no one I wanted it more for. She taught me to carry on...to fight through because something better was out there for me...she could feel it. I cherish the last 30 years of memories I had with Cheri. I will miss her terribly. Be well. - Love, Sharon A.

I still can't believe that you are gone; truly heartbreaking. You were one of the kindest people I have known and I am honored to have called you my sister and as you always said "we are two peas in a pod." You left this world far too soon but as they say "there is a reason for everything" although I can't understand it. You have touched so many people's lives and I know you will continue to do so. Rest peacefully and I will see you again on the other side. Xoxo

To Marion, Kim, Paula, Aldo, and the entire Ellis Family,

We are so sorry to hear of Cheri's passing. She was a remarkable person and always came in the office with a smile on her face, despite whatever pain she was in. She always made a point in asking all of the staff at Malden Primary Care how we were doing and how our children were doing. Cheri will be remembered always for her kind personality and gentle spirit.

Rest in peace Cheri,
April, Kim, Shawna, and Darlene from Malden Primary Care/Dr. Hochman's office

My deepest condolences...Cheri, you were amazing with Jake and you had never formally met him. You performed Reiki from your home to help my pregnancy along (you knew by the end that I was miserable when he was overdue.) I never asked you to, you just did. That touched me more than you know. You will be missed by so many. You were an amazing, selfless woman. May you rest in peace...xoxo.

The grief that is felt when we lose a loved one may seem unbearable. At such times, we can go to God's word for comfort. God too feels hurt when an individual dies. That is why the encouragement found at Revelation 21:4 assure us that "He will remove sorrow and death will be no more." According to this scripture, there will come a time when those we have lost in death will be brought back by means of a resurrection by the Almighty God. May the family find the comfort that God makes available to all persons.

I just heard the news about Cheri, it is heartbreaking. I will always remember her laughter, that huge smile and her smart Alec sense of humor. I feel honored to have had her as a friend and a neighbor.
