Loving father of Linda Giannino and her husband Philip of Everett, Cathy Miele of Lyman, ME, Michael Miele and his wife Mary of North Andover, Joseph D. Miele, Jr. and his partner Joseph Collette of Candia, NH. Brother of the late Peter, Rose O'Brien, Annie LoRusso, and Mary Russo. Also survived by 7 loving grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Wednesday, May 23rd at 9. Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, Everett, at 10. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. Miele's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Interment will be Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody. Joseph was a late Korean War Army veteran. Complimentary valet parking will be available at front door of the funeral home on Tuesday evening.
