Brother of Ramona of Brighton, Stephanie of Medford, & John of Woburn. Also survived by 1 niece, his god daughter, Shirley, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Thursday, March 22 at 9. Funeral Mass in St. Anthonys Church, Everett, at 10. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. Complimentary valet parking will be at front door of funeral home Wednesday evening.

Having met Amoroso only briefly, he left his mark. His energy and laughter was contagious and I enjoyed his company as short as it was. My sympathy goes out to all his family and friends who had the great joy of knowing him longer.

To Jerry,Ramona,Stephanie,and John: My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you for the loss of your brother, My cousin Amaroso. I feel awful about my absence. But please remember you are all in my heart and prayers and now Amaroso will rest in peace with his loving mother Deborah, my favorite 1st cousin! and the rest of his loving family. We met Amoroso for a short time when we opened up our gallery in Rocky Neck and he became a frequent visitor. We were struck by his undeniable energy and his friendly attitude. He always had an amusing anecdote to share and liked to make us laugh. We will miss his smile this summer. With our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends; specially to his dad, whom he always talked about with great love and to our dear friend Gilberto.
