Father of Robyn MacArthur and her husband Thomas J. of Everett and the late Steven. Son of the late Frank E., Sr. "Former Mayor of Everett" and Dorothea (Crosby). Brother of Barbara Jarrard of GA, Joanne and Diane both of FL. Also survived by 2 grandchildren, Duran, Megan and 1 great grandson Nico. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Sat., Nov. 19th at 10. Prayer Service to be held in funeral home at 11. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Late WWII Army Veteran.
