Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, Thursday, June 18 at 10. Mr. Rankin was a late World War II Army veteran having served in the Pacific Campaign, and a long time U.S. Postal employee working out of the Airmail Dept. at Logan Airport.
