Patricia J. Pierce, age 74, of North Canton, Ohio passed away in the home on Monday, May 28, 2007 following an extended illness. Born in Malden, MA on July 10, 1932 to the late Eugene and Anna Collins, she was a 1950 graduate of Malden High School and moved to Ohio in 1964. She became co-owner of Executive Business Systems Inc. of Akron, Ohio and worked as a sales assistant for Kaufmann's Department Stores where she retired from in 2004. Patricia attended St. Michael Catholic Church and loved to read. She loved to spend time with her family who meant so much to her, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Pierce who died in 1994 and half brother, Robert Pollock. Survivors include her three daughters, Susan Green of GA, Jane Jeff Litz of Canton, and Ellen Pierce of CA. There are six grandchildren, Sarah, Katie, Matt, Bryan, Tara and Steven; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Calling hours will be held in the REED FUNERAL HOME NORTH CANTON CHAPEL 801 PITTSBURG AVE on Friday June 1, 2007 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at Rocco & Sons, Salvatore Funeral Home in Everett, MA.
