Outing, Louise "Ma" Pettiford, of Everett, on April 1. Beloved wife of the late Edwin Prout and the late Charles Outing. Loving mother of the late Jean Barnes, Earl Prout, Betti Mae Carrington. Also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
