Loving father of Carole Catino of FL., Kathleen Healey and her husband Charles of Malden, Barbara Porter of Weymouth, Robert Porter of Billerica and Donald Porter and his wife Jacqueline of Everett. Brother of Raymond and Donald Porter both of FL. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main Street, EVERETT, on Saturday Sept 10 at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church in Everett at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Friday only 4-8 pm. Interment will be private. Robert was a past Commander of the American Legion Post 69 Malden. Also late WWII US Army Veteran and retired US Postal Worker Branch #34.
